By accessing or using our website at www.qianchenghx.com, our mobile applications, or any services provided by us (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. By registering for an account, creating a profile, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Services

Qiancheng Hexin provides comprehensive human resources and technology solutions, including:

• Human Resources Services: Recruitment, staffing, payroll management, and employee administration
• Workforce Outsourcing: Complete BPO solutions for employee management and operational support
• Enterprise Consulting: Business management consulting and organizational development
• Training Services: Corporate training, exhibitions, and professional development programs
• Mobile Applications: Employee management apps, attendance tracking systems, and HR workflow tools
• Office Solutions: Office supplies sales and workplace management tools

User Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

For enterprise clients, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms and that your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms.

User Obligations and Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest any information from our Services without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation
• Use automated systems to access our Services without prior written permission
• Redistribute, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our Services

Enterprise clients using our HR services are responsible for ensuring their employees comply with applicable workplace policies and labor laws.

Payment Terms and Fees

For paid Services, the following terms apply:

• Fees: All applicable fees are clearly communicated before you commit to a purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Billing: We bill on a [monthly/annual/project basis] as specified in your service agreement. Enterprise clients may have custom billing arrangements.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during checkout.
• Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days of the due date may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
• Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type. Please refer to your specific service agreement or contact us within 14 days of service activation for refund requests.

For workforce outsourcing services, fees are calculated based on the number of employees deployed, services provided, and applicable labor regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property: All content, features, functionality, and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and trademarks, are the property of Qiancheng Hexin or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide through our Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or access the Services to build a competitive product or service.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We take the confidentiality of your information seriously. Our data protection practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For enterprise clients:

• We maintain strict confidentiality of all employee data, business information, and proprietary data processed through our Services
• Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available for clients subject to GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data
• Sub-processors are carefully selected and subject to contractual obligations

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• Our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any services, information, or content will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

Some jurisdictions may not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QIANCHENG HEXIN, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
• Any content obtained from our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qiancheng Hexin and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Your User Content or any third party's use of your account
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
• Your use of our Services in a manner not authorized by these Terms

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will cease immediately
• We may delete or disable access to your account and User Content
• Any outstanding fees remain payable
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability

You may terminate your account by contacting us or through the account settings. For enterprise clients, termination procedures are specified in your service agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For international users:

• Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
• The arbitration shall take place in Beijing, China, unless otherwise agreed
• English shall be the language of arbitration proceedings

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Mobile Applications and Advertisements

Our mobile applications may include advertisements from third-party ad networks. By using our mobile applications, you consent to the display of advertisements, which may include:

• Splash Ads: Full-screen advertisements displayed when opening the application
• Rewarded Ads: Video or interactive ads that users can watch to receive in-app rewards
• Interstitial Ads: Full-screen advertisements displayed between content or during transitions
• Banner Ads: Standard display advertisements within the application interface

These advertisements are served by authorized ad networks including Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, Vungle, Pangle, Mintegral, Chartboost, InMobi, Appnext, StartApp, Fyber, AdColony, MoPub, and Amazon Ads.

While we strive to provide relevant advertisements, we do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying in-app notifications for mobile application users

Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qiancheng Hexin regarding your use of our Services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: We may assign these Terms or delegate our obligations under them to any party at any time without notice. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
